RETURN POLICY  All products have a 30 day money- back guarantee.  To make a return simply send us the unused portion of the product, along with a copy of your sales receipt, within 30 days of receipt.  This is subject to the further conditions set out below.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT  Contact the beautyproductsfromv team by email.  A customer service representative will evaluate your request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  You must obtain an RAN number within 30 calander days of receiving the product so as to ensure that you are eligible for return. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  BEAUTY PRODUCTS. A 40% shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on USD orders.  A 25% shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on AUD orders.  BANGLES MANGO WOOD. $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on USD orders. $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds on AUD orders. CASH REFUNDS There are NO cash refunds on credit card purchases.  EXCHANGES  You cannot exchange a product for a different product. SALES RECEIPTS  A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. 

SHIPPING POLICIES,  LOST OR STOLEN RETURNED PACKAGES  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We recommend that you keep proper proof of delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME  24-48 hours.  Shipping Method is by ordinary air mail.  Shipping Time  7-21 days.  The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public Holidays.  DELIVERY  It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.  Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

LEGAL CAPACITY TO TRANSACT  If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with beautyproductsfromv.com.  By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.  Should beautyproductsfromv.com suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, beautyproductsfromv.com reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with beautyproductsfromv.com. 

PURPOSE OF GOODS Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose.  Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full resposibility for any loss or damage arising out of their misuse.
